My approach to counselling is an inclusive, empowering, and embodied integration of therapeutic skills and insights to ignite adults to uncover your values, clarify and communicate your emotional needs, develop body-based awareness and practices to self-regulate, navigate moments of grief and acceptance, and take committed action to live according to your values and your purpose.
I am a Qualifying Counsellor who recently earned a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (MACP with honours) from Yorkville University. I am currently fulfilling my requirements in preparation for accreditation as an Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) through the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
I provide counselling services to individuals under the supervision of BCACC member, Frances Kinloch, RCC. During my qualifying period I am offering reduced rates, which can be reimbursed for extended medical benefits under Frances Kinloch’s BCACC licence (#18619).
I am also a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and mentor (ERYT-500) with over 15 years experience leading weekly classes, workshops, and teacher intensives.
